Reclamation, Revegetation and Erosion Control
Cambria Gordon offers extensive experience in the design and implementation of reclamation, revegetation and erosion control strategies. We work closely with engineering personnel to develop plans and strategies that provide ecological and economic value.
An example of our work includes the Kemano River Project.
- Kemano River – in the vicinity of prime fish habitat, Cambria Gordon assisted with the design, construction and monitoring of erosion control structures on extensive rip-rap bank sections of the Kemano River.
We develop low-level aerial photos and photomosaics to assist with tracking changes in hydrology, morphology and fish habitat values at constructed rock groynes and large woody debris structures.
