BC Hydro Water Use Planning Project
Client: BC Hydro and Metlakatla Fisheries
Cambria Gordon is participating in a joint project with Metlakatla Fisheries to conduct multi-year studies involving steelhead and salmon spawning surveys, wildlife shoreline habitat monitoring, and fish spawning habitat monitoring (incubation study) at the Falls River reservoir.
These surveys are associated with BC Hydro’s water licence requirements under the Falls River Water Use Plan for the Falls River generation facility. The study includes local knowledge and Traditional Ecological Knowledge summary, air photo analysis and field surveys.
